Generous breakfasts, accommodating staff.

Immaculate and neat room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Amazing views of the park and the convention center all around. Unbeatable location for our visit to Dogs a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Also, so close to everything.

The room was impressive with televisions in both, everything was great.

They double billed us on room items

The breakfast was delicious - lots of dishes.

We stayed earlier in the month and were so impressed we booked in again for an overnight stay on our return journey to the UK

The decor was beautiful and the hotel was very clean. We loved the cocktail hour every night and the awesome breakfast. The pool and hot tub were nice.

The One-Bedroom Suite with Two Queen Beds was spacious and had a tv, refrigerator, and a microwave. The air conditioning was nice and worked well. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub on the third floor. Breakfast was awesome with fresh omelets and pancakes made to order!

We enjoyed the Manager's reception and breakfast service. Liked the morning paper and coffee, after walking the dog in the park. The facility is well located to ball park, church and downtown.

We didnt like the fact that the room in the bedroom was not cool and my daughter got sick from something she ate at the hotel, I think it was the picante sauce at the mangers reception. Also she got sick that night and the next day we left and was gone all day. When we got back the bed was made but where she had threw up was still on the floor adn I had to call down stairs to get someone to come clean it up. The room smelt like throw up all the next day and we couldnt stay in there. Also the parking I did not like because we had to valet park. We were told that the parking lot next door was expensive.

Spacious room, cute staff, the breakfast buffet included plenty of tasty options like made-to-order omelets, made our mornings enjoyable, and the location was convenient, just 2 km from a nearby metro station for easy access.

The room was very, very nice! It was so close to the convention hall, and The staff was great, very accommodating.

Would have liked to have more than 2 in a room.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff were attentive, providing quick assistance with my luggage. The location was also ideal, close to many local attractions.

Improved temperature control in the rooms is necessary.

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options, but the highlight was definitely how spacious and comfortable our suite was for the family. We loved the kids' swimming area.

In my wife's opinion, extra soundproofing would be great.
